Requirements/pre-requisite to Holy Ghost Baptism, in-filling, and the “upon” manifestation
Be born again, be born again, be born again!
The only question I will ask is this: do you believe Jesus died and rose for the remission of your sins? Do you believe Him to be your Lord and Saviour? Then say “I believe!” “I believe I am born again! And that the Holy Ghost dwells in me now! I believe I am saved! I believe I am redeemed! I’m not hated! I am not rejected! I am truly saved! God is in me now! He manifests within me, He manifests upon me! So I’m able to speak in tongues, in unknown tongues! My Father gives me good gift because I’m His beloved son! I receive this! I believe it! Whatever I ask in prayer, Jesus says I should believe I receive, so shall I have it. This is not an exception. I have now prayed, I believe I receive it! So I have it, and the next word after this will not be English language anymore, but unknown tongues. So I thank you because NOW I have it as I asked. Alleluia!”. Say “alleluia” and then BEGIN to speak that which have been communicated to your vocal cords now. You sure don’t understand except you are given the interpretation, so go out in faith! Yes! that’s it! It's that simple! Alleluia!

ooh! It still did not happen, I have prayed but I still don’t speak in tongues. What could be wrong with me?
