“I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy” Explained (II) – salvation for All 14

We ended the last section [Salvation for All Part 13] with questions:
Isn't this "whom I will have mercy" again pointing to a hidden agenda and bigoted plan of God? Who are the ones whom God has chosen to have mercy on? Who are the ones God has concluded to have compassion on? We also concluded that we cannot buy God's mercy by prayer and fasting and vigils. Yes, we cannot pray that God should have mercy on us because God has concluded on whom He will have mercy on; and that "I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy" is only an information to be heard; not to be reacted to, not to be questioned. No man's opinion is being sought. We heard it just to know what is to come. This is unlike many other prophecies, where you begin to "forbid bad thing" and bind the devil.
Then, with Moses, it was a prophecy. Today I can tell you it's fulfilled already! Mercy is at work already. On whom did God finally had mercy as promised? On "All Flesh"; every creature; all men. And He did this in Christ Jesus! Jesus Christ is the mercy of God on the perishing humanity

Which in time past [were] not a people, but [are] now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, BUT NOW HAVE OBTAINED MERCY. (1 Peter 2:10 KJV)
This is the true mercy because it was really unmerited, unworked-for. None prayed for salvation: we all were woken up to hear how our awakening came about. Isn't it true that "when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly"? (Romans 5:6 KJV) Who had life then to seek after God? Correctly the psalmist said it "they are altogether become vanity…" we were eternally doomed, but today, a man encounters the available mercy of God when he looks in the face of Jesus Christ. Let the unsaved be led boldly to the throne of Grace to obtain mercy. That is him upon whom God will have mercy. That is she upon whom God will impartially have compassion. Peter got to know this late: "I now realize that it is true that God treats everyone on the same basis. Those who fear him and do what is right are acceptable to him, no matter what race they belong to. (Acts 10:34-35 GNB)
You shouldn't be slow to walk in the light of this truth. Stop paying prices to buy what is not mercy. You have Christ, you have now "obtained mercy".
At one time you were not God's people, but now you are his people; at one time you did not know God's mercy, but now you have received his mercy. (1 Peter 2:10 GNB)
You can't need anything after Christ. Do not seek anything outside Christ the Mercy of God. All that you can ever pray to have is of Christ. Simply take what is yours in Christ, and stop begging for mercy from God who has already blessed you with His mercy without your works. Take it in prayer and don't turn again unto a beggar's or slave's attitude.
Now… that you have come to be acquainted with and understand and know [the true] God, or rather to be understood and known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and beggarly and worthless elementary things… (Galatians 4:9 AMP)
